- Share links to NG20 music on social media
- Embed authorised players (e.g., Spotify embeds) on your personal website or blog with proper attribution
- Quote brief excerpts of website content with proper attribution and a link back to ng20music.com
Press and Media Use
Journalists, bloggers, and media outlets may:
- Use press materials provided in the EPK section for editorial purposes
- Quote lyrics or review music with proper credit to NG20
- Use promotional images with credit (“Photo: NG20” or “Image courtesy of NG20”)
- Feature music clips in reviews or editorial content under fair dealing/fair use provisions
4. Prohibited Uses
Without prior written permission from NG20, you may NOT:
- Download, reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform any NG20 music outside of authorised streaming platforms
- Use NG20 music in commercial projects, advertisements, films, videos, podcasts, or any monetised content
- Remix, sample, or create derivative works from NG20 recordings

5. Licensing and Commercial Use

- Sampling or interpolation in new recordings
- Public performances beyond personal use
- Merchandise or physical product releases

6. User-Submitted Content
If you submit content to NG20 (e.g., collaboration demos, artwork, or messages), you retain copyright in your original work. However, by submitting content, you grant NG20 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purposes of evaluating collaboration opportunities and operating our services.
You warrant that any content you submit does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
7. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) / UK Copyright Law
NG20 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on our Website, please contact us immediately with the following information:
